Each item needs a decision from both Lead Consultants. "Request change" opens a comment field. Gate 1A cannot be finalized until every item is approved by both reviewers.

1. AIO Positioning Statement

The core promise used across the website and proposal.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending

Proposed: AIO Consulting helps organizations, businesses, entrepreneurs, schools, and community leaders strengthen the people, programs, partnerships, and organizational systems required to improve performance, solve growth constraints, and achieve sustainable results.

Specialty: Youth & Community Impact Systems remains AIO's strongest proof base, without limiting who AIO can serve.

2. Who AIO Serves

The client groups that should recognize themselves immediately.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending
  • Nonprofit and community organizations
  • For-profit businesses
  • Entrepreneurs and founders
  • Schools and educational institutions
  • Organizational and community leaders

Future expansion: foundations, government agencies, larger corporate organizations, workforce-development systems, and cross-sector initiatives, once AIO has case studies to point to.

3. Homepage Messaging Hierarchy

Follows Section 8's own order: what AIO is and does, before who leads it.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending
  1. Hero — business-centered promise + Take the Impact Readiness Check CTA
  2. The Four Systems strip
  3. About AIO teaser
  4. Services — TRAIN / DIAGNOSE / STRUCTURE / TRANSFORM
  5. How it works — client journey
  6. Credibility / individual track record, clearly attributed to each Lead Consultant
  7. Closing CTA band

Section 8 is explicit about this order: the website answers what AIO is, who it helps, and how it works before it introduces who leads AIO — leadership comes last, deliberately.

4. About AIO Narrative Direction

AIO is the brand; leadership supports credibility rather than dominating the story.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending

About AIO focuses on: AIO's history, why it was created, its purpose, philosophy, credibility, the four-system methodology, and its evolution into a technology-enabled advisory firm.

Leadership is a separate page: shorter profiles for Alphonso Mayo (Lead Consultant, Organizational Growth & Community Strategy) and Alexandra B. Porte, J.D., MBA (Lead Consultant, Business & Organizational Development), plus the combined-expertise narrative from Section 10. Both carry the Lead Consultant / Co-Founder title, applied symmetrically.

5. The AIO Four-System Methodology

The approved methodology names and public explanation.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending
  • People — Leadership, Talent & Organizational Culture
  • Programs — Program Design, Service Delivery & Measurable Impact
  • Partnerships — Strategic Relationships, Collaboration & Community Impact
  • Growth, Infrastructure & Sustainability — Organizational Development, Operational Excellence & Long-Term Growth

6. Service Architecture & STRUCTURE Pricing

The four public offers and confirmed pricing.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending
TRAINDevelops leadership, teams, and organizational capabilities.$2,500–$7,500
DIAGNOSEEvaluates performance and opportunities across all four systems.$5,000–$10,000
STRUCTURE — Business & Organizational FoundationBusiness formation, governance, structuring, operational systems.$7,500 (confirmed)
TRANSFORM90-Day Accelerator (Diagnose → Architect → Activate).$12,000–$45,000

7. Sitemap & Navigation

Pulled directly from Section 8's website layer — not a new structure.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending

Primary navigation (Section 8's page list, in order): Home · About AIO · How We Help (People / Programs / Partnerships / Growth, Infrastructure & Sustainability) · Youth & Community Impact · Services · Impact & Growth Diagnostic · Business Formation & Organizational Structuring · Leadership · Insights (future) · Contact / Start Here

Services submenu: TRAIN · DIAGNOSE · STRUCTURE · TRANSFORM

The Impact Readiness Check isn't a nav item in Section 8 — it's the CTA/tool that sits inside the Hero and the Impact & Growth Diagnostic page, not a separate top-level link.

Utility, new in Phase 1A: Client Portal / Login — not listed as a nav item in Section 8, added here because the Client Portal MVP is already scoped in Section 8's CRM layer.

8. Primary Calls to Action

What the site asks a visitor to do, matching the proposal's own language.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending

Primary, top of funnel: Take the AIO Impact Readiness Check — Section 8 names this directly as “the site's lead-generation engine,” so it's the main site-wide ask, not a secondary one.

Secondary: Contact / Start Here — the proposal's own nav label for inquiry form and consultation booking, for visitors ready to skip the free check.

Tertiary: Business Formation & Organizational Structuring consultation, for STRUCTURE-only visitors.

Returning clients: Client Portal login.

9. Client Journeys

Section 8's journey, verbatim, plus its own note on the formation-path variant.

Mayo: pendingAlexandra: pending

Growth path (Section 8, as written): Website Visitor → Impact Readiness Check → Diagnostic Booked → Findings Report Delivered → Accelerator Proposed → Engagement Active → Ongoing Advisory.

Formation path: Section 8 states this "follows the same shape, with the Diagnostic and Findings Report steps replaced by a formation/structuring engagement and its own proposal record." As built on the live site: Website Visitor → Impact Readiness Check → Formation Consultation → Structuring Proposal → Engagement Active → Ongoing Advisory.

Elaboration, not literal proposal text — the formation path's middle steps are AIO's own call to spell out; the entry point and endpoint are not.

Brand colors — informational, not part of Gate 1A

This decision is being resolved directly with Alphonso and Alexandra by email, so it doesn't block this gate. It's shown here for reference.

Which red? A muted brick/maroon reads institutional and serious; a bright, saturated red reads energetic and consumer-facing.

What ratio? Black-dominant (charcoal backgrounds, red as a sparing accent) vs. white-dominant (white/off-white base, red as the primary accent, black for text only).

Is gold fully out? Or only the black-and-gold combination specifically?

Shofar Group's recommendation: white-dominant, with a muted brick/maroon red as the primary accent and charcoal (not full black) for text — reads credible without feeling heavy, and moves cleanly away from the current gold-leaning design.
